The Storm

5am this morning -- no sign of the driveway

The storm arrived last evening around 8pm.  I wasn't sure what I would wake up to -- often the hype about the "storm" is much worse than the actual storm.  Seems to be the case here.  Although there was a fair amount of drifting on the southern side of the house, and the dogs bounded out this morning into what looked like a foot of snow, it really has only dumped a few inches at this point.  It's still snowing and weather.com predicts another 4-6 inches throughout the day.  Snow removal is in the forecast.  Should be a fun walk out to the sheep this morning.
